One of the many Casper spin-off titles, this one featuring his adventures with Nightmare, the ghost horse. The giant-sized, 64-page series presented stories of Nightmare and Casper's other ghostly pals, many of them reprints from Casper's own series. It would eventually become Casper and Nightmare (1965), its title into the 1970s. Nightmare and Casper set out to do good deeds, but their mere presence is enough to scare people away. 68 pages, full color. Cover price $0.25.

Vol. 20 #60 - Aug. 1963. Science Fantasy, which later became Impulse and then SF Impulse, was a UK published science-fiction and fantasy digest that began production in the Summer of 1950 and was distributed by Nova Publications as a companion to Nova's New Worlds. When Nova went out of business in early 1964, The title was changed to Impulse in early 1966, to little avail, and then changed once more to SF Impulse for the last few issues. Science Fantasy ceased publication the following year, after the printer went bankrupt. Edited by John Carnell. Stories by Thomas Burnett Swann, John Rackham, Mervyn Peake, Terry Pratchett (first published work?) and others. Mervyn Peake article by Michael Moorcock.
