Art by Jim Tyer and others. The world's mightiest mouse defends Mouseville from danger - mostly cats - in the comic-book adventures of the Terrytoons animated superhero. Several of these early issues included comics versions ofclassic Mighty Mouse cartoons; some of the artists worked on the cartoons as well. Mighty Mouse investigates when famous actor mice start disappearing from Terrytown. The alien Planet Men plan to steal the entire United States, one state at a time. In the Swiss Alps, Oil Can Harry devises a fiendish cheese-themed trap for Mighty Mouse, with disabling Limburger gas and a Swiss cheese grater, in an adaptation of the 1951 Mighty Mouse cartoon "A Swiss Miss." Heckle and Jeckle: Dimwit Sneezes; Television Terror; It Happened in Rhode Island; The Perils of Pearl Pureheart; Gandy Goose: Hungry Gandy; Little Roquefort; Dinky. 32 pages, Full Color.
