Art by Connie Rasinski and Jim Tyer. The world's mightiest mouse defends Mouseville from danger - mostly cats - in the comic-book adventures of the Terrytoons animated superhero. Several of these early issues included comics versions of classic Mighty Mouse cartoons; some of the artists worked on the cartoons as well. Oil Can Harry subjects Pearl Pureheart to dangers in a variety of Italian locations, in an adaptation of the 1950 Mighty Mouse cartoon "Sunny Italy." Vultures try to stop the new carrier pigeon mail service from getting through. A wolf traps picnicking mice on a runaway freight train. Painted cover by an unknown artist.
