Notes | The abilities of Dr. Psycho and the Duke of Deception are similar, except that the Duke must create his ectoplasmic phantasms prior to using them, whereas the Doctor can form them at will, as long as he has a hypnotized medium drawing ectoplasm from the spirit world. |
