The shield Dox put up around Maltus has trapped several other worlds, including the Dominator homeworld, which is already under the control of Starro. Dox appeals to these other worlds for help, but they refuse. Knowing that Starro will try to access the Gil'dishpans' ability to teleport to escape the shield, Dox and crew head to the methane oceans of that planet. But the Gil'dishpan have already made an alliance with the Dominator Fleet Admiral. When Starro's forces attack, the Gil'dishpan's over-confidence is soon evident, and Dox' group and the Dominator Fleet Admiral flee. In order to contain the Starro invasion, the Fleet Admiral drops an overloaded faster-than-light drive into the methane ocean, setting the whole planet on fire. |
