Synopsis From prison, Big Mike Russo is able to have his gang kidnap the warden, replace him and the guards with a look alike, then use the prison as a base of operations to commit crimes while providing alibis to those committing them! Batman figures that the only way to uncover this senario is to get put in prison himself, a move that almost costs him his life in the gas chamber!

Synopsis A scientist finds a way to use radium to bring the dead back to life, and he uses himself as a guinea pig. Although the experiments are successful, the Professor pays dearly for his discovery, for, in the end, as Batman says, it has created a Frankenstein monster when it was only meant for good.
