Synopsis As a stockholder in the Seven Seas Insurance Company, a firm that has had to pay out huge payoffs for ships sunk by a large white whale, Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson decide to investigate the activities of one Captain Burly, who agrees to hunt down and destroy the whale. But Batman discovers that the whale is actually a submarine and the secretary of the insurance company the culprit.
