Synopsis Steel Sterling tries to stop 2 differrent drunk drivers from harming people, but only succeeds once. Then he, the Steelers, Ms. Samson, Rita and Gayla board a bus bound for Hollywood. Along the way, they stop in a city in Iowa for the night. There, Steel goes to a "Mother Against Drunk Driving" (MADD) meeting as Arthur goes out drinking and then drag racing, only to kill another driver on the road.
