"Recently my good friend Brett R., the rocket scientist (as I mentioned in an earlier column, he really IS one), dropped by during a visit to north Texas. We had lunch and I gave him the full tour of Lone Star Comics—our office, warehouses, and the various annexes where we sort comics, grade, pack and ship, etc. Below, you will see a couple of pictures from Brett’s really nice comic collection room. His custom built CGC storage cabinet is really snazzy and is built on a design very much like those where we keep our CGC issues, the only difference being that our cabinets fit snugly into seven foot tall safes we purchased some years back from a bank that was relocating. I paid more to have those safes moved to our office than I paid for them, but didn’t mind as I got an incredible bargain and bullet-proof security."
