4. We authorize the transaction & you ship the comics.
5. Upon receipt, we grade the comics and pay you the prices quoted when we authorized the transaction. Comics that grade higher or lower are paid the correspondingly higher or lower price for that grade. Optionally, any comics we grade lower than you did can be returned to you for a minimal shipping charge.
