Rebo, a Saturnian overlord wearing what appears to be a chicken-crest hat, declares war against the Earth, and the air force is unable to stop him. This story was a translation of an Italian comic - in fact, the first one ever to appear in the U.S. Also featuring reprints of the Lone Ranger and Phantom comic strips, including the first Phantom adventure.
