First printed in Italy for comics art collectors, this does not feature Lee Falk's original text, but is translated back into English from Italian. Likewise, the Phantom's costume is red on the cover, which is how the character appears in Italy. This issue includes the second Phantom Sunday story. The Phantom receives a coded message from the dying Colonel Winn, who implores him to deliver it to a secret agent in order to prevent a catastrophe.
