What if...? Starring Juggernaut. "The Kingdom of Cain!" Story by Jorge Gonzalez. Art by James Calafiore and Mark McKenna. Cain Marko, step-brother of the Charles Xavier, was transformed into the nigh-unstoppable and invulnerable Juggernaut by the Crimson Jewel of Cyttorak. Now, in an alternate reality, the mutant hunting, killing machines known as Sentinels have initiated a genocidal termination protocol and killed every living being on the planet with deadly radiation. Only the Juggernaut remains immune. Now, he wanders the barren wasteland of Earth searching for some sign of life. The true tragedy happens when he finds it in this sad Twilight Zone-esque issue of What If...?.
