I have been an avid collector since 1972, but it has sadly become time to sell my comics and let others enjoy them. I must admit the most surprising and pleasant part of this journey has been discovering Lone Star Comics. I knew of Buddy and I had seen his ads in several publications over the years, but after contacting several companies, trying several websites, and reading hundreds of testimonials, I began recording my items into the Lone Star Comics database. I found your site to be a joy to navigate, and the recording process is simple and actually fun! Your site covers details that others never even consider. So here I am at this rather exciting yet sad crossroads of saying goodbye to my babies after 30 plus years. But I feel confident Lone Star is the best agent for the job. I look forward to a long and comfortable relationship!

I have been a customer of one of your competitors for over 20 years. I can remember ordering through their catalogs (pre internet). I would save up my meager allowance to buy an Uncanny X-Men #58 in VG condition, then wait like a loyal hound by the mailbox for three weeks until it arrived. So, yeah, it's been a long time with them. Having said that, and even though it pains me to say it, your competitor is no longer my online comic shop. You, MyComicShop, are now my source for comics. Both you and your competitor have fantastic inventories and prompt delivery, but what sets MyComicShop apart for me is what I get for my money. It's hard to not be a fan of Mycomicshop. You offer better prices under a fairer (is that a word?) grading system. And really, it's as simple as that. Especially in today’s economy, “more bang for your buck” is appreciated. Now, I haven’t been a customer for very long, but I just thought you should know that I’ve switched over, and I thought you should know why. Thanks for letting me rant.

This is my 7th time selling stuff to you Lone Star Comics! At this point, you guys are the only place I sell my comics to. You all ways make me feel like a valued customer when I'm selling my comics. You guys never make me feel like my stuff is worthless junk. You make me feel like my stuff is valued and wanted. I'm always upgrading my collection, looking for higher condition comics. When I do, it's extremely nice to know I can sell my doubles for a reasonable price. In the past, when I've taken my dupes to a local comic shop, they tell me they can only give me 5 to 20 cents per comic because no one wants them, not even the key issue. You guys never do that to me. You have never low-balled me on anything. Rather, it's been the opposite. I've sent tons of comics to Lone Star Comics. You even grade some of my comics higher than I did, even though it meant you guys are going to have to pay more for them. I really want to thank Lone Star Comics for giving me a place to go when I want to sell comics. I also want to thank you for processing my stuff very quickly and sending out payments just as quickly. For all these reasons, this is why I only sell to Lone Star Comics and no one else. Thanks again!
