Buddy, Just a quick note to thank you for Thursday morning's phone call regarding the comics I wanted to get to you for trade credit. As I mentioned, I've used your system before and always have found the directions for selling or trading very simple and clear, but even so, it was refreshing to get a call in response to my email and to speak to a human being! As you said, we often consider email messages the best, fastest way to communicate, but if the telephone had been invented more recently, we'd feel otherwise. The whole process couldn't have been smoother. I'll be online again at mycomicshop.com as soon as my trade dollars are posted to my account. Again, thanks for making everything so simple. I wanted to express my gratitude for the way my trade was handled. Even though there were some differences in my grading and yours, I never felt that I was treated unfairly ($265.31 value by my grading; $265.57 by your grading). I like the fact that I had the opportunity to get the books back you graded lower than me, although in this case I didn't use that option. The whole process was pretty simple. What surprised me most is the ease of recording the books. Your catalog system is easier to negotiate than other sites that are set up specifically for that (sites that charge fees). Anyway, I placed an order just now and it was nice to save some money in my bank account by using credit instead. Thank you for continuing to be the easiest online comic shop to buy from.

Dear Buddy, Your site is the greatest! I say it every time, but let me give you a little background...I've lived in a small town in California for 20+ years and as a young boy spent most of my hours digging my grubby little hands through the long boxes of comics at the only local comic shop. The chain-smoking shop owner would sit idly by with a look of "you gonna buy anything or just touch all of my comics?" Of course I would spend my weekly $3.00 allowance on an issue of my choice and spend my change on a game of Mortal Kombat and one cent Frooties (flavored Tootsie Rolls). These trips created my love for all things comics. As years went by I bought comics, comic cards and even pogs (hey it was a popular fad). Anyways, that comic shop came and went and it was four years before I saw another shop which was gone after only a year. Since then my only source for comics was the bent-up rack of comics at the grocery store which, like the local girls, was very limited and very out of shape. It was about ten years before I started collecting comics again. I started shopping on E-bay; nothing is wrong with E-bay but the grading of most of the sellers was very sketchy. I quickly got discouraged. Then one day I saw your ad in an older back-issue of a Marvel comic. I gave mycomicshop.com a try and was more than satisfied. I spend 50+ dollars every month trying to complete about a five page list of back-issues. And very other month I search through your "want" list to sell some of my extra issues. With the trade credit money I buy another month's worth of comics and the cycle continues. I've been shopping with you guys for three months and truly enjoy how easy it is to find what I'm looking for. I also enjoy the cheap prices, availability, and how tightly the comics are packaged (not to mention free shipping with a $50 purchase). I was so satisfied that I felt compelled to write you this long letter. Until comics are no longer printed make mine mycomicshop.com!!!
