Hi Buddy, I've been a customer for a couple of years with Lone Star Comics and purchased hundreds (if not thousands) of comics with you over that time through both your subscription service and back issue catalogue. I've been idle over the past month, but it's not because I've jumped ship or stopped collecting comics. Rather, higher education has come calling so I've had to make some cutbacks. Unfortunately, one of the hardest cutbacks I've had to make is my comic collecting. Before Mycomicshop, I struggled with other subscription services that delivered my comic badly damaged. I also had a very hard time finding quality back issues. But Lone Star Comics changed all that. I'd just like to commend you and your entire staff on the excellent job they've done. Your service is among the best I've received with anybody and hopefully you're wonderful site (and stores) will remain active for years to come. So thank you, and hopefully, after life has settled down a little, I'll be able resume my patronage.

Dear Buddy, Your site is the greatest! I say it every time, but let me give you a little background...I've lived in a small town in California for 20+ years and as a young boy spent most of my hours digging my grubby little hands through the long boxes of comics at the only local comic shop. The chain-smoking shop owner would sit idly by with a look of "you gonna buy anything or just touch all of my comics?" Of course I would spend my weekly $3.00 allowance on an issue of my choice and spend my change on a game of Mortal Kombat and one cent Frooties (flavored Tootsie Rolls). These trips created my love for all things comics. As years went by I bought comics, comic cards and even pogs (hey it was a popular fad). Anyways, that comic shop came and went and it was four years before I saw another shop which was gone after only a year. Since then my only source for comics was the bent-up rack of comics at the grocery store which, like the local girls, was very limited and very out of shape. It was about ten years before I started collecting comics again. I started shopping on E-bay; nothing is wrong with E-bay but the grading of most of the sellers was very sketchy. I quickly got discouraged. Then one day I saw your ad in an older back-issue of a Marvel comic. I gave mycomicshop.com a try and was more than satisfied. I spend 50+ dollars every month trying to complete about a five page list of back-issues. And very other month I search through your "want" list to sell some of my extra issues. With the trade credit money I buy another month's worth of comics and the cycle continues. I've been shopping with you guys for three months and truly enjoy how easy it is to find what I'm looking for. I also enjoy the cheap prices, availability, and how tightly the comics are packaged (not to mention free shipping with a $50 purchase). Hi Buddy! Naturally, I really appreciate your honest grading, as you gave me a lot more credit value than I expected by upping the grades on issues I graded lower. You can probably tell I'm from the old school of grading lower grade books. It's hard for me to adjust, but it got me a lot more credit! Thanks! Naturally, I approve this transaction, I will be sending you more (this is a heck of a lot easier than eBay), and I hope you get more Marvel Golden and Atlas Age Masterworks in stock, as I guess that's my main area of interest these days.
