Volume 11 - 1st printing. "Kaiserschlacht 1918!" By Randal Gray. The entry of the USA into World War I spelt disaster for Imperial Germany. The massive superiority in men and materials which the Americans could provide meant that if Germany had any chance of winning the war she must do so quickly. Randal Gray describes how, using special 'Stormtrooper' units and high-mobility tactics, the Germans came within a hair's breadth of winning the war, providing a blow by blow account of the daily events of the battle. Although at first glance the Kaiserschlacht was Germany's greatest success of the First World War, in fact its ultimate failure consigned Germany to inevitable defeat. Softcover, 96 pages, PC/PB&W. Cover price $19.95.

Volume 34 - 1st printing. "Afrikakorps 1941-43!" Written by Gordon Williamson. Art by Ronald Volstad. The campaign in North Africa between September 1940 and May 1943 holds not only an enduring fascination for postwar generations; but also a perhaps unique degree of nostalgia for some surviving participants. The campaign was no less costly in terms of human lives and material than many others; but regret at the cost is accompanied by positive memories in the minds of many veterans. This is not to suggest that the dead have been forgotten; but an almost mystical bond nevertheless exists, even between former enemies, amongst veterans of the desert campaign. Gordon Williamson examines the history, organisation and uniforms of Rommel's Afrikakorps. Softcover, 64 pages, PC/PB&W. Cover price $18.95.

Volume 36 - 1st printing. "The Texas Rangers!" Written by Stephen L Hardin. Art by Richard Hook. The Texas Ranger is one of the most cherished symbols of the Lone Star State. While the Alamo is the undisputed symbol of Texas, the Ranger stands as an enduring symbol of the people of Texas. The Rangers were first formed to protect their neighbours from Indian attack, later they fought and died in a war for freedom, and staved off foreign invasion. Some Rangers died with glory at the Alamo, while many more were wounded, or died, in anonymity at dozens of obscure places. This volume by Dr Stephen L Hardin charts the history of this remarkable force from the 1820s through to the present day. Softcover, 64 pages, PC/PB&W. Cover price $18.95.

Jake Riley hates superhumans. A lot... but he's got good reason. Because for the last several years, Riley has been an agent of SIN (the Super-Intelligence Network). He works hard, but it's a dead-end job and Riley knows it, because all the really good assignments go to the FCOs, the Freelance Costumed Operatives...a.k.a. the Psychos, for their wild, super-powered and unpredictable - albeit effective - methods. When Riley runs afoul of SIN, he's targeted by his own agency and, in order to survive, he's forced to become what he most hates...THE PSYCHO. Armed with specially designed body armor that gives him superhuman speed and reflexes, the hunter becomes the hunted...a one-man task force determined to eliminate SIN. Written by James D. Hudnall, with fully painted art by Daniel Brereton. Painted cover by Brereton. Prestige Format. Cover price $4.95.
