A fading Hollywood star tries to regain her fame with publicity stunts, but when she and Freddy are kidnapped by gangsters, Freddy convinces her to regain her fame and foil the kidnapping at the same time. Captain Marvel Jr. meets Greybeard, a criminal mastermind whose great age becomes his asset. Marvel Jr. battles a mad scientist whose anti-gravity serum could have all humanity falling up to their doom.
