General Lane detects the outburst, finding out it's at his daughter's residence, and via cameras finds Flamebird on the rooftop. They identify her as Thara. Nightwing catches Lois up to date, and then goes back to the fortress to confront Ursa. He finds a murdered Tor-An. Ursa finds them, admits to killing Tor-An, and they talk.
