| Synopsis |
The Joes are restructured so that they have a maximum of twelve active agents who answer directly to one of the Jugglers; Destro restructures Cobra for maximum profit and to help protect the Baroness who is pregnant with his child; Thomas Stall is brought before a military court to answer for his cowardice during the New Moon mission and all the rest of the Joe agents who were involved in that fiasco are also arrested. |
