24 page Kato of the Green Hornet story "Enter the Cat"

Characters Hayashi Kato, Ulysses Chow; Sifu Ho (introduction); Tam Lam (introduction); Tong Loo (introduction); Cat Ng (introduction; villain); Carter Lin (villain); Chinese Communists (villains)
Synopsis Continued from last issue: Hayashi Kato uses the Red Chinese army's discipline against them and convinces their captain that he and Ulysses are high ranking officers on a top secret mission. The colonel to whom the captain reports this encounter is Cat Ng, Kato's former temple rival who begrudges Hayashi having been awarded the Demon Sword, which had been in his own family for years, by the temple leaders. In fact, Ng stole it to prevent the presentation. Meanwhile, Kato and Ulysses arrive at the temple and find that a woman named Tam Lam is being sheltered there, and that several members feel that Hayashi's White Ninja movies were a betrayal of Shaolin secrets. After Kato defeats that group's leader, Tong Loo, in combat, PRC troops led by Ng intrude. Their entry, the colonel reveals, was accomplished with the help of Lt. Carter Lin! Ng tells Kato to either "make films that will serve the revolution--or die." He accepts!...Continued next issue.
