| Synopsis |
Magneto has captured Senator Kelly but has him taken away by Sentinels sent by Trask; Mastermold shakes off Trask's control and plans on replacing the brains of world leaders (starting with Kelly) with computerized brains which obey his commands; The X-Men arrive, rescue Kelly, battle the Sentinels and destroy Mastermold; This gives Senator Kelly a big change of heart and he becomes pro-mutant in his presidential campaign; Beast is released from prison; Jean and Scott get engaged. |
