Notes This is a slightly re-worked version of "The Valhalla of Super-Companions" from Superboy #101, with two panels altered to include an appearance by the Legion along with a few textual references added. Showcase Presents: Legion of Super-Heroes (DC, 2007 series) #4 gives the writer as Jim Shooter, but since the original issue came out in 1962 and Shooter didn't have his first story published until 1966, it's not correct. It is possible that Shooter did the additional panels that were added to this story to include the Legion. Ed Hamilton credit from GCD index of Superboy (1949 series) #101.
