Synopsis As the hearing continues, old JSA foe the Wizard is called into the hearing as a prosecution witness, claiming what was written in Batman's diary is indeed true, since he was supposedly in the area when these traitorous actions were happening. However, his testimony was shot down by Helena Wayne through the testimony of Robotman (in Chuck grayson's body) and others, as well as evidence refuting where the Wizard was at the time. As the Wizard attempts to make his escape (being he's a wanted man), Dr. Fate stops him using his own magicks, as another JSA foe far away is seeing this hearing on tv, realizing he needs to make his move vs. the JSA soon. To be concluded...
