| Synopsis | Evelyn and Malinda are the daughters of the cities number one super-villian The Black Eye. Their father blames the city for taking his wife away and turned to crime to get revenge. | Notes | I picked this up as a first issue. The high cover price kept me from buying the rest. I wish I had because I really enjoyed it. |
