Synopsis A mysterious unseen person is jumping out of the shadows and kissing all the girls. Archie and Reggie try to find out the identity of the Kisser by sending a girl out in the dark as bait. But the mystery deepens when Archie himself is kissed by the Kisser, and realizes that the Kisser might actually be a girl.

Notes The infamous "kissing bandit" story. When told about the story and its twist ending in his interview in the Comics Journal, a shocked Dan DeCarlo said: "I didn't draw _that_, did I!?" (He didn't; it was Harry Lucey, who was dead by the time that interview was conducted.) The story is divided into two chapters; Chapter 2 is called "Strike One Kisser!"
