Synopsis Scientist Steele has invented the Goodwill Potion, a nerve tonic that has the ability to soothe the nervous system and allow a person to love everyone. He is being threatened, however, by the mysterious "H" with the kidnapping of his wife if he doesn't turn over that potion. "H's" plan is to use this potion in the meat of American soldiers, thus making them unwilling to fight and thus allow the nation of Morovia to take over the United States.
