Synopsis Clark Kent shakes off the brainwashing of the servants of Darkseid and with the help of his Mother Box heads for Smallville, but with Orion in pursuit. The Legion arrives and protects Clark, driving Orion away. Using Clark's Mother Box, the Legionnaires head to Apokalips just as enough Castrophists sacrifice themselves to re-animate the statue-like Darkseid and create a Boom Tube in which a second Darkseid arrives.
