| Synopsis |
Quicksilver and the Knights catch up with the High Evolutionary in the Savage Land but discover that he is having to use Isotope E to keep himself from reverting to primate form; Our heroes are attacked by the combined forces of the Acolytes and a band of heroes suffering from the Legacy Virus who have come to collect the isotope for Exodus; Quicksilver and the Knights escape with the High Evolutionary and his isotope but, unbeknownst to his fellows, Anon kills Churchill during the getaway; With their mission a failure, the Acolytes strand the sick mutants in the Savage Land as they teleport home. |
