| Synopsis | Punisher and Cruz try to fight each other while engaging in a running battle with the mob; Bullseye, in Mather's armor, takes care of some mob business; Taking advantage of the chaos being wrought by the Punisher, Kingpin decides to try and reclaim his old position in crime; Stone Cold kills Cruz; During a shootout in the park with gangsters, Punisher accidentally kills a family on a picnic and, deciding his war is over, walks into the police station to turn himself in. |
