| Synopsis |
The Anti-Cap washes up on the shores of Florida after a deadly hurricane; Cap and Ali discover that Leila discovered and stole a deadly experimental toxin that the government is trying desperately to recover, thus causing them to send their own super soldier after her; Back in the states Falcon and Leila hide out among some of Sam's old crew as they try to keep a low profile but Anti-Cap tracks them down and cuts through Sam's pals until the real Cap intervenes. |
