One of the backup strips in the comic is Charles Schulz's Peanuts; several strips are presented in full color. Schroeder shows off his Beethoven merch, including a sweatshirt and a comics biography of Beethoven (both of which really exist now). He also demonstrates that he can play concertos on his new toy piano, even though the black keys are just painted on (!).
