But it is crashed by Sivana, who sends CM 100 trillion miles away with his "dimensional lightning," then invites 100 in criminals for a crime spree. Bully Blackheart plans to burn down the new jail, with an unconscious Golden Arrow inside, in a story with early art by EC legend Bernie Krigstein. Prince Ibis and Taia battle a sort of octo-merman at the bottom of a cursed pool, in a story narrated by the monster. Plus a "Culture Corner" strip by legendary cartoonist Basil Wolverton, featuring useless but hilarious advice on "How to Get Clean Behind Your Bean." And a Tootsie Roll ad, Captain Tootsie Traps the Circus Culprit, with art by Shazam co-creator CC Beck.
