Bully Blackheart plans to burn down the new jail, with an unconscious Golden Arrow inside, in a story with early art by EC legend Bernie Krigstein. Prince Ibis and Taia battle a sort of octo-merman at the bottom of a cursed pool, in a story narrated by the monster. Plus a "Culture Corner" strip by legendary cartoonist Basil Wolverton, featuring useless but hilarious advice on "How to Get Clean Behind Your Bean."
