This issue features: a Shadow cover by Howard Waldrop; "What is Batwing" by Herndon; a Zorro checklist; ads for various comic book fanzines; "Menace of the Black Swastika" Defender story with art by Bill Dubay; "The Affair of the Countess' Jewels" written and illustrated by Howard Waldrop; Mr. Justice pinup by Howard Keltner; and "The Vampire" story by Sherman Howard.
