Corrupt lawyer Silas Crocker, seeking a lost Spanish treasure, joins forces with outlaw Gunsmoke, setting Ken on his trail. Crocker uses stolen money to frame Ken for Gunsmoke's crimes, then tries to burn down the jail with Ken in it.
