(The winning name was "Reliapon.") The poster has a great drawing of the golden age masked cowboy, The Black Diamond, atop a raring Reliapon. Lev Gleason comic book titles mentioned on the poster include Crime Does Not Pay, Daredevil, Crime and Punishment, and Boy Comics.
