Story, art and cover by the pseudonymous "Comics USA." A political satire about the life and death of Libyan dictator Moammar Qaddafi, created at the height of US political tensions with Libya in 1986. A little black duck gives Qaddafi a Scrooge-like tour of the many crimes of his past, as well as the personal hell that awaits him. Quite specific and apparently well-researched, but any publication info is absent, other than three full-page ads for Comics Unlimited, a comics dealer in Staten Island NY. Featuring cameos by Tattoo, the co-host of the TV series Fantasy Island, and a duck that looks suspiciously daffy. 24 pages, B&W. Cover price $1.75.
