A dead scientist's assistant uses his time machine for selfish reasons, but he hasn't got all the bugs worked out, in one of several stories in his issue with art by Spider-Man co-creator Steve Ditko. In another Ditko story that predates Marvel's Thor by three years, a weak Viking lad named Thor gains superhuman powers from a mysterious cave and a powerful hammer.
