After an exhausting day, Stumbo ends a drought in Tinytown, but his snores keep the townsfolk from an easy rest. When a volcano threatens Tinytown, Stumbo finds it easier to just move the entire town. "Wide Awake," art by Warren Kremer; Stumbo tries counting sheep and reading to get to sleep; The people of Tinytown decide to give him some warm milk, but by the time they milk the cows and heat the milk, he's asleep. "Cold Stuff"; Hot Stuff's uncle removes his powers; Hot Stuff tries to fake it, but finally his uncle gives the powers back. "Snow Bawl"; Hot Stuff plays in the snow, melting two boys' snowman; He helps them make snowballs to rebuild it.
