The Comic Art Professional Society (CAPS) was founded on June 9, 1977 through the efforts of cartoonists Sergio Aragonès and Don Rico, and writer Mark Evanier. The newsletters are printed and distributed to members only and are therefore very rare. This issue includes an editorial by Pete von Sholly, minutes from the previous month's meeting by Christy Marx, Mark Evanier's column on writing and more. Stapled at upper left corner, 8 1/2-in. x 11-in., 10 pages, black and white.
