Movie cowboy Monte Hale wanders the frontier, cleaning up the West one outlaw at a time. Lobo Long sets up an outlaw encampment inside a reservation, where they are supposed to be outside US law, and Monte is determined to stop it. Monte tries to figure out how highwaymen are targeting stagecoaches carrying gold shipments. The governor hears Gabby bragging about how brave he is, and sends him to negotiate a peace treaty with a dangerous tribe. Plus a cowboy song and a vintage Tootsie Roll ad featuring Captain Tootsie.
