Untitled one-page story; When a boy sees Casper sitting on thin air, Casper tries to make him think he can do it too. "Progress Is Wonderful"; After talking to himself about how everything should improve, Casper goes out into the forest and finds that nobody has to work anymore because whatever they need grows by itself. Untitled story; Nightmare finds a place to take a nap. "Too Much Is Too Much!"; Casper learns that the changes in the forest are due to the Helpful Wizard, who had heard Casper talking about improvement; But after checking back in with the forest folk, he finds that improvement isn't necessarily a good thing. "The Wizard Learns"; Casper convinces the Helpful Wizard to put things back the way they were. "Trouble with Peter!" text story; Twins Pat and Peter try to put one over on their mother. "The Vain Weathervane"; The winds get together to teach the vain weathervane a lesson. "Big Appetite Land"; Spooky falls into the underground world of Big Appetite Land. 36 pgs., full color.

"Multi-Man, Master of Earth." A pill restores Multi-Man's powers, and he intends on conquering Earth. Art and cover by Bob Brown. Statement of ownership--average paid circulation 235,000. Inside front cover: A letter from DC explains why, after so many years, DC now has to increase the cover price of their comics from 10c to 12c. One example they cite of rising prices in other areas is the cost of hot dogs. They "were a nickle, now they are at least a dime, 15c in most places." Cover price $0.12.
