    The Beatles Book (also known as Beatles Monthly) was a long-running fanzine produced by Beat Publications that was dedicated to the legacy of the incredible pop-culture phenomenon known as The Beatles. First published in August 1963, the magazine ran until production stopped with the 77th issue published in December,1969. It was revived in May, 1976, reprinting the first 77 issues with a few pages of added content. Beat Publications then continued producing new issues in October, 1982 until the publication ultimately ceased production with issue #321 printed in January, 2003. 6" x 8", 46 pages, B&W.

    Comic book adventures of the famous Warner Bros. cartoon characters The Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote. Cover art by Phil de Lara. "Short Cut"; While chasing the Road Runner, Wile E. spots a "short cut" sign but soon regrets following it. "Fast Company," art by Phil de Lara; Wile E. sends for his cousin Crazy Legs, who is faster than the road runners but short on brains. "Getting the Bird," art by Phil de Lara; Wile E. disguises himself as a road runner, but can't fool Beep Beep because he's so bad at running and rhyming. "Speed to Spare," art by Phil de Lara; Wile E. invents hypnotic eyeglasses but unfortunately he can't see when wearing them. "Red Riding Hoodlum," art by Phil de Lara; The Road Runner boys are sent to their grandmother's house with a basket of goodies, so Wile E. reads the story of Little Red Riding Hood for inspiration. Issue also has one-page gag strips. No story/art credits given. Entire issue is all comic, no advertisements. 36 pgs., full color. Cover price $0.12.
