First appearance of the Prowler in "The Night of the Prowler!" Part 1 of 2. Script by Stan Lee. Art by John Buscema (layouts) and Jim Mooney (finishes). Cover by John Romita. In order to make a name for himself, a down on his luck window washer named Hobie Brown becomes a super-villain. And using his own ideas and equipment, Hobie creates weapons and a costume -- and the Prowler is born! In the meantime, Peter Parker is also feeling downtrodden after seeing Gwen Stacy and Flash Thompson having coffee together. Later that evening, Peter stops by the Daily Bugle hoping for a payday advance. But instead he sees the Prowler stealing the Bugle's payroll bag! And suddenly it's the Prowler vs. Peter Parker...with J. Jonah Jameson standing by! Origin of the Prowler. Cameo appearances by Harry Osborn, Joe Robertson, and Mindy Brown. (Note: This story was reprinted in Marvel Tales #59.) 32 pages. Cover price $0.15.

Cover by John Romita Sr. The Night of the Prowler!, script by Stan Lee, pencils by John Buscema (layouts) and Jim Mooney (pencils), inks by Jim Mooney; Peter tries to see Gwen only to find that she is (apparently) on a date with Flash; Hobie approaches his boss with ideas for new safety devices for his job as window-washer, only to be rebuffed; He implements them in private, adds a cloak and a mask, and thus creates The Prowler; Hobie plans to rob a newspaper as the Prowler then return the money as Hobie, making himself a hero; Naturally Peter (as Peter) discovers the Prowler in the act and J Jonah discovers Peter in front of an empty safe. Reprinted in Marvel Tales # 59. 36 pgs., full color.

The Beatles Book (also known as Beatles Monthly) was a long-running fanzine produced by Beat Publications that was dedicated to the legacy of the incredible pop-culture phenomenon known as The Beatles. First published in August 1963, the magazine ran until production stopped with the 77th issue published in December,1969. It was revived in May, 1976, reprinting the first 77 issues with a few pages of added content. Beat Publications then continued producing new issues in October, 1982 until the publication ultimately ceased production with issue #321 printed in January, 2003. 6" x 8", 46 pages, B&W.
