And while doing all of that, Wally has to do a favor for a dragon and save the kingdom from a deadly gigantic mechanical locust created by those villains, Vastar the Vile, Sybilious the Bilious and the wicked wizard Erasmo. All of this and more takes place in "A Plague of Locust." Script and art by Bill Bolling. Cover price $0.65.
