Adrian Toomes (aka the Vulture) is down on his luck as he shows up for his first physical therapy session at Bellevue hospital. Fortunately for Adrian though, Nathan Lubensky is in the exercise room to provide motivation for the aging super-villain to go on living! But talk about the law of unintended consequences! The rejuvenated Vulture decides to embark on a new criminal endeavor! And also move into Restwell Nursing Home with Nathan and Aunt May! However a few days later when Aunt May's nephew stops by for a visit...the feathers start flying! Spider-Man vs. the Vulture with an elderly audience looking on! Cameo appearances by J. Jonah Jameson and Joe Robertson. First 60¢ issue. (Notes: This issue begins the classic Stern-Romita Jr. run on the Amazing Spider-Man title (thru issue 250).
