Official Crisis on Infinite Earths Index (1986) 1

Official Crisis on Infinite Earths Index (1986). To celebrate DC Comic's 50th Anniversary Marv Wolfman and George Perez were charged with the Herculean task of simplifying the company's fifty-year-old continuity. Thus, Crisis on Infinite Earths, a twelve issue maxiseries/crossover event, was created. This index provides credits, feature characters, guest-stars, villains, comments, and a synopsis for each of the twelve issues in the series. It also offers details and first appearances for the multiple Earths featured in the story (Earth-1-6, Earth-S, Earth-X, Earth-Prime, and more). Edited by Murray R. Ward. Written by Lou Mougin and Mark Waid with special thanks to Robert Greenberger and George Perez. The cover, illustrated by series artist George Perez, is a group shot of most of the heroes who sacrificed themselves to save the DC Universe during the Crisis (including Superman (Earth-2), Supergirl, Flash (Barry Allen), Lori Lemaris, Aquagirl, Superboy (Earth-Prime), and many others). This index is the perfect compliment to the epic original Crisis and also provides a perfect jumping on point for DC's Post-Crisis continuity. And, it can be used as a nice prelude to DC's 2005 follow-up, Infinite Crisis. 32 pages. Cover price $1.75.

Oh My Goddess TPB (1996- Dark Horse Digest) 2A-1ST

Standard Format - Volume 2 - 1st printing. "Leader of the Pack!" Collects Oh My Goddess! stories from Super Manga Blast and Oh My Goddess #2. Story and art by Kosuke Fujishima. This second of three "remastered" volumes restores the "lost" Oh My Goddess! stories and fills in early details of student Keiichi Morisato's life with the beautiful Belldandy, a live-in, literal goddess. You can believe that the struggles of daily life -- earning extra cash, looking for an apartment, the odd motorcycle race -- play out a bit differently when you've got a supernatural stunner in your corner. But the blessings come along with the inevitable curses, like the unannounced arrival of Belldandy's older sister, Urd, a sexy spitfire determined to help Keiichi get over his shyness in his relationship with Belldandy -- "help" him, that is, between the sheets! Includes material from the previously published 1-555-Goddess. Softcover, 5 3/4-in. x 8 1/4-in., 152 pages, B&W. NOTE: The Standard Format reads left-to-right. Cover price $13.95.

Standard Format - Volume 9 - 1st printing. "Ninja Master!" Collects Oh My Goddess! Part V #3-6 (Meet Me by the Seashore, You're So Bad, Ninja Master Parts 1-2). Story and art by Kosuke Fujishima. What's faster than a speeding bullet and leaps tall buildings in a single bound? In Japan, it's ninja, of course! And now the demon Mara, in her ceaseless campaign against the earthbound goddesses Urd, Skuld, and Belldandy, has summoned up Ninja Master Kodama, mistress of confusion, to sow ill will among the sisters. It's easy enough to set the troublesome Urd and Skuld at each other's throats, but can she use her more "charming" powers to split up Belldandy and her very much non-godlike boyfriend Keiichi? Oh My Goddess! is one of Japan's most entertaining exports, topflight manga full of feverish fun, fanciful frolic, and flat-out firepower! Softcover, 5 3/4-in. x 8 1/4-in., 152 pages, B&W. Cover price $2.50.

    Oh My Goddess! Part 04 (1996) 1

"Robot Wars!" Story and art by Kosuke Fujishima. Life is never dull when you've got your own goddess -- but sometimes dull wouldn't seem so bad! The Lord of Terror left Belldandy and Keiichi's happy home in a disastrous state. No problem, right? A wiggle of the nose and a flick of the ponytail and Belldandy's other-worldly powers make short order of the renovations. But no sooner does it come together than an internal squabble threatens to tear it apart! It's a giant-robot battle between Belldandy's similarly blessed goddess sister, Skuld, and Keiichi's sister, Megumi, and it looks like poor Keiichi will once again be the big loser! 32 pages, B&W. Cover price $2.95.
