In the meantime, Cap learns that Nick is the SHIELD director again. And Sharon learns that Cap and Connie have broken up. Cameo appearances by the Red Skull, Dum Dum Dugan, Jarvis, and the Hate-Monger (in disguise). (Note: The skull captured the Helicarrier in X-Men (1st series) Annual 1999.) 32 pages.
