The final Western of legendary director John Ford, Cheyenne Autumn tells the story from the Cheyenne's point of view. In 1878, the surviving Cheyenne chiefs take the remaining tribe from Oklahoma back to their Wyoming homelands. This is seen as a rebellion by the American government and people, forcing action by the reluctant Capt. Archer of the US Army. Cover photo-strip features photos of the film's stars, including Richard Widmark, Carroll Baker, James Stewart and Edward G. Robinson.
