Meanwhile, Senator Kligger Stivak and Senator Hawk travel to Gamma Base in New Mexico. The distinguished senators are there to meet with Doc Samson and Dr. Sofen to discuss the Hulk's whereabouts. During their meeting, Jim Wilson enters the room and says the Hulk has been spotted in California. So Senator Stivak (secretly of the Corporation), Moonstone, and Jim board the senator's plane for a west coast rendezvous -- with not only the Hulk -- but the star-spangled avenger too! However, unbeknownst to the trio, other people are headed to Alcatraz too -- namely Senator Kligger Stivak, Moonstone, Jim Wilson, and the Hulk!
